Use Amanai lawfully, protect credentials, respect shared capacity, and do not use the service to harm people or systems.
Core principle
You may use Amanai for legitimate development, research, creative work, analysis, and automation. You remain responsible for your inputs, outputs, integrations, users, and compliance with applicable law and third-party rights.
Prohibited uses
You must not use Amanai to:
- facilitate violence, exploitation, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, or credible threats;
- create or distribute malware, destructive payloads, credential theft, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, or instructions intended to evade lawful security controls;
- conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive financial schemes, spam, or unlawful surveillance;
- violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, export-control, sanctions, or other applicable rights and laws;
- make unlawful high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate authority, safeguards, and meaningful human review;
- generate or distribute content you know is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.
Platform and capacity abuse
You must not bypass or manipulate rate limits, concurrency controls, credit accounting, bot protection, campaign eligibility, referrals, payment verification, model restrictions, attribution controls, or account enforcement. Prohibited behavior includes account farming, coordinated multi-account abuse, automated signup, catalog/retry storms, deliberately wasteful traffic, exploiting pricing errors, and using multiple identities or keys to evade account-wide limits.
Do not probe internal administration surfaces, scrape secrets, interfere with other users, or test vulnerabilities beyond good-faith research that avoids privacy impact, data access, persistence, disruption, or exploitation.
Credential sharing, automation, and resale
Protect your API keys and OAuth session. Usage through your credentials is treated as your account activity. You may automate ordinary API use within displayed limits, but may not sell, sublicense, pool, publicly expose, or operate a shared-access service on top of Amanai unless a separate reseller or white-label arrangement authorizes it in writing.
Enforcement
We may investigate, limit, suspend, deactivate, or terminate access; revoke keys; block payments or claims; preserve relevant evidence; and cooperate with providers or lawful authorities when reasonably necessary. Urgent action can occur without advance notice. Where practical and safe, users may contact support to seek clarification or appeal.
Enforcement can consider patterns across keys, accounts, IP addresses, payments, referrals, campaigns, and other operational signals. Promotional credits and campaign access may be withdrawn when obtained or used abusively.
Report abuse
Report suspected abuse to abuse@amanai.dev. Include relevant request IDs and timestamps, but do not email API keys, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal data.
