By accessing Amanai, creating an account, using an API key, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Service Terms and the policies incorporated below.
Independent operation
Amanai is currently an independently operated software project and AI gateway offered under the Amanai trade name. No separate corporate operating entity has yet been designated. These Service Terms describe the rules and commercial conditions that apply during this independent operating phase.
Agreement and eligibility
These Service Terms apply to Amanai's website, dashboard, APIs, model access, credits, payments, promotions, and related services (the “Service”). The Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Credits, Payments & Refunds, and AI & Provider Disclosure are incorporated into these Service Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Amanai for an organization, you represent that you can bind it and “you” includes that organization.
Accounts and credentials
Amanai supports Google or GitHub OAuth and API-key access; it does not provide an Amanai password. Provide accurate account information, keep at least one valid login method, protect all sessions and API keys, and notify support after suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity through your credentials unless caused solely by Amanai's failure to apply reasonable safeguards.
Do not sell, share publicly, or transfer access except under a written reseller arrangement. Limits are account-wide where displayed and cannot be evaded by creating more keys, accounts, identities, or automated signups.
The Service
Amanai is an independent API compatibility, credit, and routing gateway. Features, endpoints, model catalog, limits, campaigns, and interfaces can evolve. We may use protocol transforms, aliases, routing, retries, fallback chains, and capacity controls to provide service.
Third-party models and upstreams
Your inference payload is sent to infrastructure needed to generate a response. Amanai does not own every model and does not guarantee a permanent provider path. Upstream providers may experience outages, rate limits, security incidents, price or policy changes, model discontinuation, account closure, or complete shutdown. Amanai may change routes, compatibility, limits, price, or availability in response, including without advance notice during urgent events.
Credits, billing, and payments
Credits are prepaid units of Service access, not money, deposits, securities, stored value, or property held for you. Pack validity and limits appear at purchase. Usage is charged under the billing rules applicable at delivery. Payments are subject to the Credits, Payments & Refunds Policy.
Payments may be processed through accounts, processors, or blockchain infrastructure used for the independent operation of Amanai. The recipient name displayed by a payment provider may differ from the Amanai trade name. Review all payment details before completing a transaction.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, upstream restrictions, and displayed technical limits. You are responsible for your application's users and for ensuring your use of outputs is lawful and appropriately supervised.
Your content, output, and intellectual property
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Amanai a limited right to process and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, support, and enforce the Service. You represent that you have authority to submit it.
Rights in AI output are uncertain and jurisdiction-dependent. Output may resemble third-party material and is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, non-infringing, or eligible for ownership. Amanai retains rights in its platform, software, documentation, branding, and original materials. Feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided without a service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, internet faults, edge infrastructure, abuse controls, payments, blockchain networks, upstream capacity, legal restrictions, or commercial events can interrupt access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. Where practical, we will communicate material planned changes, but continuity is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, deactivate, revoke, or terminate access for violation, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, abusive traffic, upstream requirements, legal obligations, or risk to the Service or others. Urgent action may occur without notice. Deactivation does not automatically delete data or create a refund right. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account review through support.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AMANAI DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. AI OUTPUT MAY BE WRONG, HARMFUL, BIASED, INCOMPLETE, OR OUTDATED. YOU MUST APPLY APPROPRIATE HUMAN REVIEW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMANAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL; OR UPSTREAM, NETWORK, WALLET, OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES. AMANAI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AMANAI IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Service Terms
We may update these Service Terms when the Service, providers, commercial model, operating structure, risks, or law changes. The date shown with this document identifies the current version. Material changes may be announced through the site, dashboard, changelog, or active contact channel where practical. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Resolving concerns together
Amanai believes concerns are best handled through direct, respectful communication and a practical solution acceptable to both sides.
If you have a concern, contact the appropriate official Amanai channel with a clear description, relevant account or transaction identifiers, the outcome you hope for, and supporting information. We will review it in good faith and work toward a reasonable, mutually acceptable resolution.
These Service Terms do not select an exclusive governing law, court, or forum, and do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Future operator
Amanai may designate a company or another legal entity as the formal operator of the Service. We will update these Service Terms and provide reasonable notice before that entity assumes the agreement where required. A material operator change may require users to accept a new version of the Service Terms.
